As has become customary since it started giving away games on a weekly basis, Epic Games has prepared a batch of completely free titles that players will be able to claim daily. Over the course of two weeks, you’ll have access to a large number of releases that you can claim and add to your library forever.

Since it began offering services as a digital storefront, Epic has relied on a strategy focused on giving away games every week to attract more users. Many players simply keep the app installed to claim them, and several years have passed since the initiative began. This has ultimately resulted in massive digital libraries with more than 450 games given away.
Now, as it does every year, the company is repeating one of its holiday gift traditions. For two weeks, all users who log in daily will be able to claim one game that will be available for 24 hours. These titles come with the same benefits as the weekly giveaways: once you claim them, you can add them to your library and play them whenever you want on PC through the Epic Games launcher.
One Free Game Per Day Until the 31st, All at the Same Time
A few days ago, we saw a leak claiming that this year would be one of the best Epic has ever put together. The list included major titles such as Red Dead Redemption 2, Total War: Warhammer, and Detroit: Become Human. However, with the first free game revealed on December 18, it became clear that the list was already off track.

Even so, we can’t rule out the possibility of seeing one or two surprises. After all, the company gave away Hogwarts Legacy just a week ago. That’s why, if you want to claim every title Epic will be giving away, you’ll need to stay alert, as each game is only available for a 24-hour window. Once that time has passed, another game will take its place and you’ll no longer be able to get the previous one.
All of the games Epic gives away refresh at the same time every day, at 11:00 a.m. New York time (ET).
The first game the company has lined up to kick off these two weeks packed with titles is Jotunnslayer: Hordes of Hel. This game is an action roguelike set in a Norse mythology theme. It features gameplay in which the player must create combinations of powers and weapons to wipe out hordes of hundreds of enemies.
In that sense, it can be compared to titles such as Vampire Survivors, Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor, or Death Must Die. It offers a wide variety of characters, and the developers are deeply committed to the game, which has received quite a few updates since leaving Early Access.
As for the rest of the games that will arrive on the Epic digital store for free, they remain a complete mystery. Still, more than a few players are sure to hold on to the hope that the rumors about the leaked list turn out to be right for one or two games, especially Red Dead Redemption 2, right?
